Group Visit Inquiry

Planning a group visit involves many moving parts — from permission slips to scheduling. We’re grateful for your interest in bringing your students to Catawba College. To help us create a meaningful visit, please read the guidelines below and fill out the form in full.

Our standard group visit includes a 30-minute admissions presentation followed by a 1-hour campus tour. If your group would like to request additional activities or accommodations beyond this experience, please indicate those details in the “Additional Details” field of the form.

If your group wishes to have a meal in our dining hall, please contact Chartwells directly at joanne.faavesi@compass-usa.com to make arrangements.

A member of our team will review your request and respond within three business days to confirm your visit or determine an alternative visit opportunity.

Please note the following:

• Our group visits are intended for high school students who are actively exploring colleges.
• All requests are subject to approval and tour-guide availability.
• Groups size preference is no more than 60 students to ensure a high-quality experience.
• We require one chaperone per ten students and they must accompany the students at all times while on campus.
• Morning or early afternoon visits are preferred.
